How to Feng-Shui your bedroom!
The bedroom is the most important room of the house in the philosophy of feng shui. It is the most personal to us and we spend many hours sleeping in this room.
Did you know that while you sleep, you are affected by all the energies in the bedroom?
Here are 8 tips for your bedroom feng shui:
1 Bed in the right place
The bed should be facing the door without being directly aligned with it, and the feet should not be pointing to the door. The headboard must have room available on the other three sides, and we never place the bed back to back with the toilet.
2 The headboard is a must
A headboard represents stability and support in your life and especially in your romantic relationships.
3 Nothing under the bed
The objects under our beds affect us while we sleep in a passive state. Anything below the bed can also subconsciously represent or create a kind of blockage in your life.
B.C. Luggage under the bed can keep you on the move and never feel like home.
4 No laptop in bed
Electromagnetic fields created by electronic devices can be harmful and affect our well-being, including the quality of our sleep.
On a practical level, we all know that the presence of gadgets in our bedrooms disrupts sleep and circadian rhythms. Classic alarm clock and book reading are two ways in which you wont need a laptop or mobile in the room.
5 Two bedside tables and not one
Two bedside tables are better than just one, as asymmetry can be off. It also allows each person to have their own storage space.
6 The color counts
If you want a little more passion in your bedroom, try adding a few red splashes. Earthy and neutral colors provide more support and relaxation. Pink and peach are ideal colors to attract a romantic relationship.
7 Artwork on the wall
The artwork in our bedrooms influences our personal lives.
If you have a relationship, place artwork depicting couples or love. If there is a tendency towards depression, make sure that the work of art is at eye level or higher to lift the "life force energy".
8 Detoxifying the bedroom
We reduce the amount of toxins and chemicals in the bedroom with green and non-toxic cleaning products. And if its within our budget, were upgrading to organic furniture, sheets and underwear.
